We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and help lead a high-performing team. The AGM works closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain operational standards, drive sales, and achieve financial goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Manage scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Conduct inventory counts and assist with ordering supplies.
Help achieve sales, profitability, and performance goals.
