Full Stack Software Developer (TS/SCI) - Office of Naval Intelligence Support TENAX Technologies, LLC is seeking Full Stack Software Developers to support mission-critical Information Technology services for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) . These are full-time, onsite positions requiring an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility . Selected candidates will design, develop, deploy, and sustain secure, scalable applications supporting national security missions within a DevSecOps-driven environment .

Position Overview The Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of enterprise applications, including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, database integration, and deployment pipelines . This role emphasizes secure coding practices, continuous integration and delivery, and alignment with DoD cybersecurity and operational requirements. Developers will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and mission stakeholders-to deliver high-quality, resilient solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python) Build and enhance responsive front-end interfaces and integrate with secure back-end services and APIs Develop and manage relational and non-relational databases , including schema design, optimization, and data integration Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps framework , supporting automated testing, security scanning, and deployment Ensure applications comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements , including secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation Collaborate in Agile development environments , participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities Integrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and mission data sources Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and integration challenges Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, API documentation, and deployment procedures Required Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility DoD IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g. Security+ CE, etc) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems , or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack software development Proficiency in one or more of the following: Back-end: Java, Python Front-end: JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or similar frameworks) Database: SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) Experience working within a DevSecOps environment , including CI/CD pipeline implementation and sustainment Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security principles Desired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in full stack development Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architectures Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments , including RMF and system accreditation processes * Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or DoD cloud environments)
