Description
The assistant Coach will assist the Director of Esports with coordination of all phases of a competitive NJCAA program. Including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, budget management, rules and eligibility compliance, administrative duties, departmental fundraising, game management, academic advising, marketing, promotions and public relations.
Job Duties

• Coaching select game titles such as but not limited to, Marvel Rivals, League of Legends, Rocket League, Call of Duty, Mario Kart, Valorant, Overwatch, Super Smash Brothers, Fortnite, Rainbow 6 Siege, plus more.
• High emphasis on high school recruiting. Must have the ability to travel to state tournaments for scouting purposes and the ability to locate and recruit talent in Iowa high schools and beyond.

Qualifications

• Coaching and/or competing in the respective sport.
• Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coaching and/or competing in the respective sport at the college level.
• Associate Degree from a College or Community College
