Overview
Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Executive Administrative Assistant in support of Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics' (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for Tactical Information Systems (PEO-TIS) Integrated Sensor Systems.
PEO-TIS provides SOF with advanced, mission-ready capabilities as technical experts in ISR, tactical communications, and specialized collection and exploitation systems. Across its portfolio, PEO-TIS integrates and fields resilient sensors, biometrics and forensic exploitation tools, remote and space-enabled capabilities, and secure communications that improve situational awareness, targeting, and over-the-horizon connectivity. The organization drives testing, training, and operational assessments to rapidly transition proven technologies into deployable capabilities that support SOF operations in contested environments.
This is a full-time opportunity located at MacDill AFB, FL
Responsibilities
  • Management of PEO/Directorate Lead's email, with senior management level messaging, as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings, conference calls, video teleconferences, and events.
  • Manage PEO travel, prepare travel itinerary and provide meeting agendas, as required.
  • Provides continuity in PEO/Director's absence.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI
Education: Career-related Associate's Degree
Years of Experience: 4 years related executive administrative work experience
Additional Experience:
  • Knowledge of SOCOM systems for Form 14, Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT), Share Point Portal, VTC Procedures, Meeting Scheduler is highly desired.
  • Flexibility to rotate to other PEO/DIR on a temporary bases, as required to meet mission objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
  • Ability to perform as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite software.
  • Experience and knowledge of working with senior management level internal and external stakeholder organizations is required.
  • Experience and knowledge of PEO/Directorate Lead's internal and external stakeholder organizations is highly desirable.
  • Functional experience as a files and record management specialist at the Senior Management Level is required.
  • Functional experience as a military files and record management specialist is valued.
  • Senior Management Administrative Experience is required.
  • Military Enlisted Administrative personnel experience is highly desired.
  • Ability to quickly gain independent working proficiency in SOCOM systems, including but not limited to, Form 14, Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT), Share Point Portal, VTC Procedures, Meeting Scheduler is highly desired.
