Position Summary:

AMVT is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Office & Digital Marketing Assistant to support the daily operations of our Katy office. This position combines office administration with website management, digital marketing, multimedia content creation, technical documentation, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, technology-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic small-business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support by preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, business correspondence, and other office documentation, and assist with basic bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, payment follow-up, and maintaining accurate records.
  •  Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other online channels to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  •  Design, create, and maintain professional marketing, sales, and technical materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, newsletters, trade show displays, specification sheets, product literature, operation manuals, installation guides, maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, preventive maintenance plans, user manuals, and other customer support documentation.
  •  Produce and manage multimedia content, including product photography, promotional videos, product demonstrations, startup and commissioning videos, operation and training videos, preventive maintenance videos, troubleshooting videos, repair and service videos, customer testimonial videos, and other marketing or technical content for use in sales, customer support, training, the company website, and social media.
  •  Plan and support trade shows, customer demonstrations, exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent corporate branding across all digital and printed communications.
  •  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s website, social media, and digital marketing activities, and recommend improvements to increase online visibility, customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  •  Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity in website development, content creation, graphic design, technical writing, documentation, video production, and digital marketing.
  •  Perform special projects and other administrative, marketing, and business support duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Website Development, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Previous experience in office administration, customer service, digital marketing, website management, marketing communications, or a related position is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  •  Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with website development or content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and multimedia content production.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and creating operation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training materials.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, QuickBooks, or similar business software is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
