SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators (also known as Ready Mix Truck Drivers, CDL Mixer Drivers, and Concrete Mixer Operators) to join our growing team. Whether you have a Class A or Class B CDL, if you're safety-focused, service-oriented, and ready to work hard, this is your chance to deliver quality concrete to construction sites and be home daily.
At SRM Concrete, service is our top priority-not just in the quality of our product, but in every interaction with our customers. If you're committed to going above and beyond for customers and want to be part of a team that values your dedication, we want to hear from you.
Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
  • Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
  • Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
  • Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
  • Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

What Sets You Apart
  • Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
  • Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM's values on every job.
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, "Go-Getter" attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus-but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
  • Willingness to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings.
