Job description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Orthopaedic PA - Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Orthopedic Surgery practice. Provider will be seeing patients in an outpatient setting, assisting in the operating room, and consulting|following up on inpatients. Must be licensed or be able to obtain unrestricted licenses in Pennsylvania. Experience in an orthopedic setting is required. The Orthopedic NP|PA will perform comprehensive and problem focused history and physical exams, document as instructed in EMR, interpret and correlate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. Interpret and correlate subjective and objective data to formulate a differential diagnosis and establish a working diagnosis. Formulate a treatment plan for Orthopedic problems within scope of practice. Implement therapeutic intervention for specific conditions when appropriate. Exercise judgment on problems requiring consultation, referral, or evaluation by the supervising Orthopedic surgeon or other health care professionals.
