Build Your Career With an Independent Fiduciary Firm

Are you passionate about financial planning and looking for more than just a job? Are you searching for a career where you can receive hands-on mentoring, develop into a trusted financial advisor, and build lasting client relationships?

We are seeking a motivated Associate Financial Planner to join our growing independent wealth management practice in Rockledge, Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to learn directly from experienced advisors while developing the technical, planning, and relationship skills needed for a successful career in wealth management.

Whether you are a recent graduate or have a few years of industry experience, we are willing to invest in the right person who shares our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional client service.

Because we are an independent fiduciary firm, your development will center on financial planning, sound advice, and building trusted client relationships—not meeting product sales quotas or promoting proprietary products.

  • Assist in developing investment recommendations and portfolio reviews
  • Conduct financial planning, tax, retirement, and estate planning research
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and client presentation materials
  • Attend client meetings and participate in planning discussions
  • Document meeting notes and follow-up action items

  • Assist with account opening and client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and financial planning software
  • Continue developing your technical knowledge and client relationship skills through ongoing mentoring and training

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in financial planning, banking, accounting, investments, or another financial services role
  • CFP® coursework completed or a desire to pursue CFP® certification
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or the willingness and ability to obtain them
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • High ethical standards and a genuine desire to help clients
  • Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and credit check as required for employment in the financial services industry

Why Join Our Team?

You’ll work directly with experienced advisors who are committed to your professional development. Through hands-on experience, mentoring, and increasing responsibility, you will have the opportunity to develop both the technical expertise and client relationship skills necessary to become a successful financial advisor.

As your knowledge, judgment, and client relationship skills develop, the role can evolve into a Financial Advisor position with increasing responsibility for client relationships. Over time, exceptional team members may have the opportunity to assume primary responsibility for established client relationships and play an important role in the long-term future of the firm.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, contribute to the success of our clients and our firm, and grow with us for years to come.
