Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine:n

  • Ãœbersetzung von Management- und Fachbereichsfragen (Finanzen, Vertrieb, Operations) in klare Kennzahlen, Analysen und Reports
  • Nutzung zentral bereitgestellter Datasets (z.B. Dataverse/DWH) und Aufbau aussagekräftiger Auswertungen in Power BI
  • Definition, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung fachlicher KPIs (z.B. Umsatz, Marge, Auslastung, Effizienz, Qualität)
  • Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche, inklusive Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Einsatz von Copilot als Frontend für Datenanalysen (z.B. natürliche Sprachabfragen, Guiding Prompts)
  • Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und Standardisierungspotenzialen im Reporting, enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT und externen BI-Experten
  • Qualitätssicherung der Analysen (Datenvalidierung, Pausibilitätschecks, Abstimmung mit Rechnungswesen und Fachbereichen
  • 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Unternehmensdaten, idealerweise in Bereichen wie Finanzen, Controlling, Vertrieb oder Operations
  • Sehr gutes analytisches Verständnis und Freude daran, Muster, Ursachen und Hebel in Daten zu erkennen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Power BI als Analyse- und Visualisierungswerkzeug (Erstellen von Berichten auf bestehenden Datenmodellen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL oder einer vergleichbaren Abfragesprache
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Excel (für Analysen, nicht als primäres Zielsystem)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich für Management und Fachbereiche aufbereiten
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld (z.B. Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure)
  • Grundverständnis von DAX (Formeln lesen und einfache Measures erstellen)
  • Erfahrung mit Forecasting, Szenarioanalysen oder statistische Methoden
  • Direkte Anbindung an die Geschäftsführung und damit hoher Sichtbarkeit und echtem Business Impact
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenem 15 köpfigen IT-Team mit Microsoft Admins, Power-Platform-Developern und Product Ownern
