This is a critical team role for an accounting professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, andcommitted to maintaining accurate financial records while supporting continuous processimprovement. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller and other departmentsto ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining the general ledger by completing assigned month-end close tasks,prepare account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting processes and incorporateprocedural improvements when necessary.
  • Process, update and maintain accrual reporting.
  • Maintain W-9 files.
  • Generate annual 1099s.
  • Prepare required schedules and documentation for external auditors.
  • Customer interactions with credits.
  • Prepare, interpret and analyze financial data.
  • Data cleansing to maintain and support accurate forecasting.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
  • Experience working with modern ERP’s
  • Above average knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting
  • Highly organized with an operational efficiency mindset.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment and observe the highest degree ofconfidentiality in the handling of information
