Swiderski Equipment is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Parts, Sales & Service Representative to take our parts and service support directly to customers. This is not a desk job - it's a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building connections, solving problems, and growing sales. What You'll Do:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives independently, recognizes opportunity in every conversation, and is motivated to drive results.
  • Market parts and service products, marketing promotions and programs.
  • Answer questions, prepare quotes, follow-up on leads, and provide literature to customers and prospects.
  • Promote additional products during customer contact
  • Conduct regular visits to customers' operations to leverage parts and service sales opportunities by offering reliable solutions to customers' requirements.
  • Deliver parts when necessary.
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked work vehicle.
  • Assists in performing physical inventory counts on a regular basis, complete physical inventory annually.
  • Use a computerized inventory system and parts libraries.
  • Maintain proficiency with all company business systems, including multiple computer functions.
  • Assist in developing stock orders.
  • Read and interpret parts diagnostics and diagrams.
