What does an assistant farm manager do?

An Assistant Farm Manager supports the Farm Manager in overseeing daily operations of a farm. This includes supervising farm workers, maintaining equipment, monitoring crops and livestock, managing supply inventories, and assisting with planning and record-keeping.
