Job description

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facility Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle fleet. This role is hands-on and diverse, requiring someone who can balance maintenance tasks with inventory and order management while ensuring our workspace and vehicles remain in top condition.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenance
  • Manage website order preparation and fulfillment
  • Create and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Maintain and track inventory/stock levels
  • Support vehicle fleet upkeep, including scheduling tire checks, oil changes, and managing GPS trackers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and performing general facility upkeep
  • Perform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking of office supplies
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and solve operational challenges

Qualifications & Skills

  • Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with inventory management platforms
  • Familiarity with Monday.com (preferred)
  • Familiarity with FedEx & UPS shipping programs
