As an early career hire, you'll join our Early Career Foundation (ECF) program, building business, commercial, and leadership capabilities through a variety of developmental assignments during your first several years. Work Locations

As an early career hire, you'll be placed at one of our locations across the United States. Through the ECF program, you may complete multiple assignments at a single location or across multiple locations to broaden your experience and support your growth.

Our business and commercial employees are predominantly located at our corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas, with select opportunities across our manufacturing, refining, chemicals, and commercial operations sites, including:

   Joliet, Illinois
   Midland, Texas

Compensation

Individual pay will be determined based on various factors including degree/education, field of study, skills, abilities, qualifications, and work experience.

Illinois Equal Pay Act

Pursuant to the Illinois Equal Pay, for Illinois employment, the expected annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000 base salary ($/year).
