Summary:
We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Expediter (or “Expo”) who will assist with the daily operations of the Banditos kitchen!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing tickets and sending food out to tables
  • Ensuring that the plating and presentation of every dish meets Banditos standards.
  • Acting as the sole line of communication between the FOH and BOH during service
  • Assisting the KM in any way required, including putting away orders and maintaining organization of shelves
  • Maintaining all equipment to the highest standards
  • Punctuality and precision in the kitchen
  • Follow all health guidelines regarding hot and cold holding, sanitation, and proper cooking techniques

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 1 year working in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Able to multitask in fast-paced, high-stress scenarios, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to effectively communicate between both the FOH team and the BOH team
  • Able to read and analyze tickets quickly and organize orders coming from multiple windows.
