You will oversee Capital Improvement Projects, manage Right of Way acquisitions, and facilitate the Subdivision Process and inspections, ensuring compliance and quality across various Engineering Services.   • Knowledge of modern principles and practices of management and administration as applies to engineering design and construction;
  • Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures and the ability to plan and direct the work of engineers, contractors, technicians, and clerical personnel; and knowledge of all other standards
  • procedures, codes, regulations, and laws affecting area of assignment.
  • Ability to coordinate, plan, organize, direct, and review the work of professional and sub-professional engineering personnel including providing training, feedback, and direction to Department staff.
  • Ability to perform, prepare, interpret, review, and analyze development proposals, plans and specifications and other technical and government documents.
