  • There is room to grow, learn new skills, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and exterior spaces
  • Troubleshoot and address issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building systems

  • Support the care and preservation of a historic building, following best practices and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Represent the Maintenance Department with professionalism, teamwork, and pride

What We're Looking For
  • Previous maintenance experience in a hotel, residential, or commercial setting preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow, especially in a historic property with unique systems
  • A team-first mindset and comfort working across departments
  • Professional demeanor and a service-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility with schedule as hotel operations require

What We Offer
  • Top-of-market compensation for this role, reflective of the responsibility, pace, and expertise required to support a high-demand, historic hotel
  • The opportunity to work in a well-established, high-demand hotel
  • Mentorship from an experienced Maintenance Manager with decades of knowledge
  • Exposure to a wide range of systems and hands-on learning
  • A collaborative work environment where your role truly matters
  • Growth potential within the maintenance department and the organization

If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a busy operation, and want to grow your skills in a historic hotel environment, we would love to meet you.
