Must-Have Qualifications

·        Strong electrical technician background.

·        Hands-on experience with electrical systems, components, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and assembly.

·        Experience supporting quality engineering or quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment.

·        Ability to assist engineers with developing and maintaining quality engineering methodologies.

·        Experience providing technical support for new product development, manufacturing, or product/system support.

 Preferred Candidate Profile

·        Entry-level to mid-level candidates (avoid senior or highly overqualified candidates).

·        Hands-on rather than primarily engineering or management experience.

·        Comfortable working in a manufacturing/laboratory environment.

·        Good documentation and communication skills.

·        Willing to work 100% onsite in Burlington, MA.

 Avoid Candidates Who

·        Are significantly overqualified (Senior Engineers, Managers, Leads).

·        Expect remote or hybrid work.

·        Have primarily design or management experience with limited hands-on electrical work.
