Assistant General Manager (Upscale Rooftop Restaurant) - Phoenix, AZ - $95,000 - $110,000 per year

We're hiring an Assistant General Manager for an upscale Mediterranean restaurant in Phoenix. High-energy room, nightly dinner service, weekend brunch, DJ programming, and a serious wine program.

What You'll Do

  • Run daily restaurant operations across dinner service and weekend brunch

  • Manage inventory, cost controls and financial performance
  • Partner with hotel leadership on members club and banquet functions
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
