Your Work Matters

We are looking for a Personalization Specialist to own and execute our website and eCommerce personalization strategy. In this role, you will use customer data, segmentation, and testing to deliver tailored digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.

Your Days Will Consist Of

  • Building, managing, and optimizing personalization campaigns across the website and eCommerce platform using tools such as Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Salesforce Personalization, or similar
  • Defining audience segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to deliver relevant content, product recommendations, and messaging
  • Partnering with merchandising, marketing, and UX teams to align personalization efforts with broader business goals and seasonal priorities
  • Designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to validate personalization hypotheses and continuously improve performance
  • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics including click-through rate, conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor
  • Maintaining the personalization roadmap and prioritizing initiatives based on data-driven insights and business impact
  • Ensuring data quality and proper tagging/tracking in coordination with analytics and engineering teams
  • Staying current on personalization trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices

You'll Be Successful With

  • 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field with hands-on personalization or CRO experience
  • Familiarity with personalization or experimentation platforms (e.g., Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate)
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

Preferred

  • Experience with product recommendation engines or AI-driven personalization
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or tag management systems
  • Background in retail or DTC eCommerce
