Overview
As our ecommerce business grows, Sprouts is looking for an individual to support our third-party partnerships. This role will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing our 3rd Party partnerships under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Ecommerce.
We are looking for a business-minded and customer-centric individual that is passionate about developing a truly omnichannel experience for Sprouts consumers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, has experience managing a client or project portfolio, and can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They will need proven experience in solutioning for complex, multi-team, multi-partner initiatives.

Essential Functions
  • Grow partnership through launch execution and driving new growth initiatives and enhancements
  • Launch execution and driving new growth initiatives and enhancements.
  • Develop and lead the execution of plans in collaboration with our 3rd Party team and work closely with cross functional internal stakeholders.
  • Make recommendations and guide the implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions for complex issues impacting partnership.
  • Analyze, identify, action, and/or provide recommendations on how to improve business metrics to drive growth.
  • Facilitates and prepares senior team for key partnership discussions by identifying data-based insights/positions to drive positive outcome for the partnership.
  • Manage contracts/agreements, ensuring compliance and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Partners with our 3rd Party team to build financial plans and forecasts.
  • Build effective working relationships with our 3rd Party team and be an internal advocate for the partnership.
  • Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of new opportunities.
  • Communicate opportunities and changes to internal teams to work towards building and executing.
  • Lead additional project-based initiatives from conception through implementation..
  • Other related duties as assigned.
  • Travel up to 25%

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Physical Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or related field plus a minimum of 5 years account management, business development, customer success, or project management roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business acumen and proven track record of analyzing business trends and results to drive business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI.
  • Ability to preserve confidentiality of information, communicate with all levels of management and work within strict time frames and deadlines.
  • Experience working across leadership levels and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to key stakeholder groups.
