About this Position

This position will assist the Manager of On-Campus recruiting and the Executive Director of Player Personnel with the daily management of all Oklahoma State Football recruiting operations. Responsibilities include coordinating official and unofficial visits, manage and arrange academic visits with Academic staff and OSU Admissions office, expense tracking, compliance approvals, game day recruiting activities, and reconciliation of recruiting expenses. The position will help develop year-round correspondence campaigns, coordinating recruiting mailings and materials and build positive relationships with prospective student-athletes and their families to support the overall recruiting success of the Football program.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
  • One year of football recruiting experience and/or administrative experience

Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:

Ability to interpret, understand and implement various policies, procedures and regulations as they pertain to major responsibilities. Interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent management and organizational skills. Proficiency with various computer applications. Thorough Knowledge of Football Recruiting. Be familiarized and compliant with NCAA and Big XII rules. Ability to communicate and organize schedules. Ability to stay up to date with recruiting current events and keep coaches informed.

  • NCAA Division I A or NFL experience
