- No Late Hours! Out by 8:30pm Mon-Saturday and 3:30pm on Sunday
- Flexibility to work every other weekend
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Review assignments from Director of Dining Services and/or Executive Chef
- Supervise Dining Room and service staff to ensure superior service for our guests
- Inspect the Dining Room, Bistro, Private Dining Room, storage closet and organize accordingly
- Escort customers to their tables, explain menu items that residents have questions about and make recommendations
- Coordinate all functions with the Director of Dining Services & Executive Chef and execute in a timely professional manner
- Training and Scheduling of dining room staff
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator
Qualifications:
- Food service management/ supervisory experience
- Able to maintain a good relationship with all levels of personnel and to be able to work independently.
- Able to work under stress and follow directions
- Willing to work with the senior population
- Strong knowledge of safety & sanitation
