Assistant Dining Room Manager, Full-Time

  • No Late Hours!  Out by 8:30pm Mon-Saturday and 3:30pm on Sunday
  • Flexibility to work every other weekend
  •  

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Review assignments from Director of Dining Services  and/or Executive Chef
  • Supervise Dining Room and service staff to ensure superior service for our guests
  • Inspect the Dining Room, Bistro, Private Dining Room, storage closet and organize accordingly
  • Escort customers to their tables, explain menu items that residents have questions about and make recommendations
  • Coordinate all functions with the Director of Dining Services & Executive Chef and execute in a timely professional manner
  • Training and Scheduling of dining room staff
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator

Qualifications:

  • Food service management/ supervisory experience
  • Able to maintain a good relationship with all levels of personnel and to be able to work independently.
  • Able to work under stress and follow directions
  • Willing to work with the senior population
  • Strong knowledge of safety & sanitation
