Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow professional with hands-on experience in Now Assist, ServiceNow's Generative AI capability. The candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-powered solutions, configuring Now Assist features, and integrating GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow workflows.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and LLM concepts
  • Experience configuring AI-driven workflows and virtual agents
  • Integration experience using REST APIs
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting)
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform customization and development
