  • Build tech packs and maintain accurate PLM data, including bills of material.
  • Manage lab dips and trim development.
  • Collaborate with Senior Designer on seasonal Nondenim fabric and seasonal color palettes
  • Develop authentic and compelling denim washes for Fashion and Icon ranges.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure products meet aesthetic, quality, and profitability goals.

About You
  • 5+ years of design experience with demonstrated ownership of seasonal work.
  • Create stylized, expressive sketches that reflect movement, proportion, and elevated visual storytelling.
  • Experience with garment construction, patternmaking, and product development workflows, allowing you to deliver clean, production-ready design assets.
  • Demonstrated strength in market, runway, archival, and competitor research, with the ability to translate insights into brand-relevant ideas.
  • Sharp design aesthetic and a well-articulated point of view-balancing trend-forward thinking with brand alignment and consumer relevance.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
