What Your Duties Will Be
- Rolling out the red carpet for our tiny patients and their caregivers. Every child deserves to feel seen and supported in our care!
- Assisting chairside with pediatric procedures, including cleanings, airway education, & restorative treatments
- Obtaining diagnostic radiographs with care and skill (we use Dentrix imaging)
- Documenting in patient charts (we use Dentrix , experience is a plus!)
- Scheduling follow-ups and preventive visits
- Preparing your charts and space for a smooth, efficient day
- Pitching in wherever needed because we’ve all got each other’s backs!
Requirements
- 1+ Year of Experience in dental assisting (preferred, pediatrics experience a plus)
- X-Ray Certified (required)
- Nitrous (N2O) Certified (preferred)
- Coronal Polishing Certified (preferred)
- Familiar with Dentrix (or willing to learn!)

Salary Range
Full-time $18 - $26 per hour
Salary based on experience and additional certifications.

Shift & Schedule
We see patients Mon-Thurs, 7:30-4:00.
- Team ready for team huddle by 7:00 am
- Notes and cleaning done typically no later than 4:15 pm
- Some Wednesdays are more flexible depending on the IV-sedation schedule
Requirements
- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
- X-ray / Radiography Certification
- Holds sincere interest in an airway dentistry, whole-child approach.
- Loves meeting kids where they are and involving them in their care, talking with them (not at them or about them)
- Enjoys working as a part of a team, pitching in to help each other be successful and patients enjoy the best experience possible
- Willingness to get nitrous and coronal polishing certifications
- Lifelong learner

Hiring Process
