At Delta Faucet, we are committed to transforming everyday experiences with water through innovative products and exceptional service. As a leader in the plumbing industry, we take pride in our dedication to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our mission to create solutions that inspire and elevate the lives of all our customers. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence.
Your role at Delta Faucet:
Do you enjoy analyzing data and working cross-functionally to drive creative solutions that directly impact the Service Experience and Financial Results of your company? Delta Faucet has an excellent opportunity for a collaborative analyst within the Demand Planning team.
As a Forecast Analyst, you will take ownership of forecasting a complex product portfolio, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and business alignment while serving as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Planning.
The Forecast Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining the SKU-by-DC, monthly customer demand forecast across an 18-month horizon. This role goes beyond forecast generation - you will interpret trends, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively influence business decisions. Leveraging tools such as Kinaxis Maestro, Power BI, and Excel, you will translate data into actionable insights that directly impact procurement, production planning, distribution, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the demand forecast for assigned product categories, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and service-level performance against monthly targets
  • Lead monthly and weekly forecast review cycles, identifying risks, assumptions, and opportunities
  • Analyze forecast variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective action plans
  • Facilitate collaborative planning discussions with Sales, Marketing, and customer stakeholders to incorporate product launches, promotions, lifecycle changes, and market intelligence
  • Incorporate forward-looking demand signals (POS trends, market dynamics, customer behavior) to proactively adjust forecasts and identify emerging risks and opportunities
  • Partner closely with manufacturing and supply planning teams to proactively communicate forecast changes and mitigate operational risk
  • Make informed decisions in dynamic environments, balancing incomplete data with sound business judgment
  • Own the end-to-end demand plan for assigned customers, cultivating strategic relationships with Sales and customer stakeholders while serving as the primary demand planning point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Lead alignment across customer, commercial, and supply chain priorities, ensuring a single, integrated demand plan that reflects both market realities and operational constraints
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that enable better joint decision-making with Sales and customers
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability for customer performance.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (required), preferred focus in Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, or Information Systems.
  • 3+ years experience in related field with experience leading process optimization and large data analysis within Supply Chain or Operations.
  • 1-3+ years' of major retail experience
  • Excellent data analytical skills and use of continuous improvement tools, comfortable managing large datasets. Proficient with Excel.
  • Independently perform assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determine and develop an approach to solutions.
  • Strong communication skills - able to clearly communicate analysis results, able to collaborate with other functional areas to arrive at forecast consensus, and apply data to drive decisions
