Saint Anselm College, a member of the competitiveNortheast-10 Conference (NCAA Division II), is seeking a passionate and technically proficientVolunteer Goalkeeper Coachto join our women's soccer coaching staff.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring coach to gain collegiate experience, contribute to a high-performing athletic culture, and develop a specialized unit of student-athletes. You will work directly under the Head Coach to oversee the daily training, mental preparation, and tactical development of our goalkeepers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Instruction:Design and lead goalkeeper-specific training sessions focusing on shot-stopping, handling, footwork, and aerial challenges.
  • Tactical Integration:Work with keepers on distribution, communication, and organizing the defensive line during live play.
  • Game Day Prep:Lead goalkeeper warm-ups for all home and away matches (schedule permitting) and provide real-time feedback during games.
  • Film Review:Assist in analyzing match footage to identify areas for individual improvement and scout opponent attacking tendencies.
  • Mentorship:Foster a competitive yet supportive environment that prioritizes the mental toughness and confidence of the GK union.
Qualifications
  • Experience:Previous goalkeeping experience at the collegiate or high-level club/varsity level is preferred.
