Job Description:The Removal Paralegal directly supports attorneys with immigration and removal defense cases through legal drafting, document review, client interviews, legal research, case analysis, and coordination with legal assistants and internal teams. This role requires strong organization, bilingual communication skills, legal judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting successful case outcomes.

The Paralegal will directly support our attorneys through a dynamic blend of administrative and research activities, including immigration and removal defense cases. Your responsibilities will involve drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting in-depth interviews with clients, and undertaking thorough research and investigative work to verify facts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills by supervising the activities of one or more legal assistants.
