Job description

As our Data Entry/Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our DMV field operations team. You’ll keep projects moving by managing data entry across multiple systems, coordinating job markouts, handling field paperwork, and communicating with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

Pay Rate: $20-25 / HR. DOE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Enter and track active project data across our FileMaker and ARM systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Call in job markouts and coordinate utility locating requests
  • Verify and quality-check field paperwork for natural gas construction projects
  • Communicate with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to resolve documentation issues
  • Scan, print, and mail documents; maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Support office operations with phones, visitors, and scheduling as needed
  • Operate office equipment including multifunction printers, scanners, and videoconferencing systems
