  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed client reporting and business requirements.
  • Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; identify trends and issues; and translate findings into accurate, useful business reports.
  • Estimate the time required for custom report requests and complete assigned work accurately and within established timelines.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client reporting questions, provide technical support, and ensure timely client follow-up.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings to understand data, requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Document work completed, project progress, issues, and resolutions, and communicate updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve research, investigative quality, reporting efficiency, and client outcomes while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work.
  • Support and contribute to engagements across all Advisory pillars, including work outside the primary pillar when business needs require, while sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen cross-functional delivery and the client experience.
  • Partner with internal teams on data-collection needs, reporting trends, and opportunities to improve analytical efficiency and client value.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, monitoring, and data-collection processes through innovation and the effective use of technology.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions.
  • Experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate complex information accurately.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision and demonstrate ownership of assigned work.
