Overview:

Preservation Equity Fund Advisors (PEFA) seeks a Financial/Data Analyst for its growing Asset Management team. PEFA is dedicated to preserving affordable housing through acquisition of existing apartment communities while in return, providing cash flow and appreciation to its investors. The Financial Analyst will join a collaborative group of real estate professionals while contributing to an up-and-coming venture. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a team, has a positive attitude and is interested in multi-family real estate. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Power BI: Oversee the upload process of 3rd party management company excel files to our internal financial portal for the portfolio. 
  • EPIQ Build Out: work with IT department to update and build out various tabs to track and monitor data.
  • Data Entry Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize current data entry processes.
  • Budget Comparison: Complete budget comparisons that compare the underwritten projections to the 3rd party management budgeted projections.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Complete various ad hoc reports and tasks for the team.
  • On Boarding New Properties: Assist with Due Diligence and Onboarding of new properties.
  • Asset Management: shadow Asset Managers and assist with weekly operations calls and Asset Manager’s needs.
