We are seeking a Management Analyst (Journeyman) to support our customer's operations at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This effort provides our Government customer with Advisory and Assistance Services. This position will be on-site and will require a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2/ESI), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP security accesses. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Position Summary

The Management Analyst provides programmatic, operational, and analytical support to the Customer's Training Office by integrating training operations, performance assessments, program planning, documentation, and reporting. The position supports execution of the Annual Training Plan while ensuring compliance with Government requirements, training standards, and mission objectives.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • The Management Analyst shall:
  • Coordinate execution of the Customer's Annual Training Plan.
  • Analyze training requirements and support planning activities across all Battle Staff disciplines.
  • Support planning and preparation of Watch Officer and specialty training programs.
  • Coordinate exercise planning activities with Government personnel and external organizations.
  • Assist with development of exercise scenarios and certification events.
  • Analyze operational performance data and training results.
  • Maintain training schedules, metrics, databases, and lessons learned repositories.
  • Assist with publication and revision of training manuals, Annual Training Plans, and certification documentation.
  • Monitor training program effectiveness using Instructional Systems Design principles.
  • Develop technical reports, after-action reports, and recommendations for training improvements.
  • Support certification and evaluation activities by collecting performance feedback and recommending changes to training emphasis.
  • Coordinate CDRL development, technical documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Assist Government leadership in implementing continuous process improvements across training operations.
Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience within the previous seven (7) years supporting airborne or fixed-site command and control operations, continuity planning, mission execution, or operational program management within a DoD environment.
  • Five (5) additional years of relevant USSTRATCOM or National Military Command System (NMCS) experience.
  • Functional expertise in the operation and employment of Department of War (DoW), National Military Command System (NMCS) and nuclear command and control (NC2) platforms, nodes and battle staff and other DoW and interagency organizations pertinent to execution of military missions.

Essential Requirements:

  • US Citizenship
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP eligibility.
  • Previous SAP access experience relating to the community.

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
