Siouxland Community Health Center has an opening for:
OCHIN EPIC Financial Data Analyst
1 - Full-time ON SITE (NON REMOTE POSITION - must be willing to relocate)
Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and extra hours as needed.
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Considerable knowledge of data and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with OCHIN Epic required.
  • Two years' experience in the field of financial analysis required.
  • Experience in healthcare required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.

Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:
  • Conduct data tracking for grants, departments, sites, projects, and/or programs.
  • Develop, monitor, and report department budgets.
  • Prepare data comparisons and reports for Financial and Revenue Cycle key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in developing performance measures, service delivery indicators and outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness of applied standards.
  • Use data to improve performance and link performance data results to quality improvement activities, KPIs, and operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance staff in the Month End Close process and Monthly Financial Statement Reporting.
  • Responsible for Monthly Department Financial, Site Financials, Services Line financials and comparisons with budget.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on monthly encounters and scripts (consolidated, by site, by department, by service line, by provider, by program/grant, etc.).
  • These functions are not all inclusive
