Job description

RA Holdings, through our Ladybug Concrete Specialties branch, is looking for a Concrete Saw Operator (Concrete Cutter).

Ladybug Concrete Specialties is one out of three branches that make up the RA Holdings family. Ladybug Concrete Specialties is a professional cutting and drilling company founded in 1997. Specializing in concrete-cutting, core drilling, joint sealing, grinding and polishing services tailored to the needs of military, commercial, industrial, and government clients. Whether supporting new construction, renovations, or specialized industrial needs, we deliver work that reflects high standards and deep experiences.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Set up and operate concrete saws and cutting equipment to cut concrete, pavement, and structures.
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
  • Perform concrete cutting for demolition, renovation, restoration, repair, and new construction projects.
  • Cut floors, walls, pavement, structural concrete, bridges, tunnels, seawalls, and other concrete structures as needed.
  • Assist with concrete restoration, including crack repair, patching, grinding, polishing, and epoxy applications.
  • Measure and mark cutting locations to ensure accurate work.
  • Follow project plans and supervisor instructions to complete work safely and on schedule.
  • Inspect, maintain, and properly use all tools and equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the project.
  • Use water and other methods to control dust and cool cutting equipment.
  • Follow OSHA and all site-specific safety requirements.
  • Work on commercial, industrial, military, and government job sites as assigned.


Required Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain DBIDS military badging which includes a background check.
  • Must have the REAL ID or ability to obtain one.
  • Clean driving record, or no-fault accidents, to qualify for our Company Auto Insurance.
  • Ability to drive to project sites within the cities in the 757 area.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.


Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm


Pay:

  • $26-$28hr depending on experience
