Job description

Clearsite Industrial Services is a leading provider of hydrovac and vacuum excavation solutions, dedicated to safety, efficiency, and reliable service for our customers. As part of our team in Baltimore, MD, you will contribute to safe dig operations with cutting-edge equipment and a strong safety culture.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist in operating hydrovac equipment in diverse environments, including confined spaces
  • Attend regular safety meetings and adhere to safety protocols
  • Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment
  • Prepare work areas with appropriate safety measures and hazard mitigation
  • Accurately document and report company, federal, state, and customer paperwork

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs
  • Able to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to work variable shifts with extended hours
  • Available to work weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience operating hydrovac equipment or in a related industrial role (excavation, utility work, vacuum truck, construction, oil & gas, environmental services)
  • Experience performing routine equipment inspections and minor repairs in an industrial or field setting
