To thrive as an Assistant Creative Writing Intern, you need strong writing, editing, and research abilities, often supported by coursework or experience in English, journalism, or creative writing. Familiarity with word processing software, collaborative platforms like Google Docs, and content management systems is typically expected. Creativity, attention to detail, and openness to feedback are essential soft skills that distinguish top candidates.
