Job description

Position Summary: This position will collaborate with Program Teams to form a high performing business operations and development team pursuing and executing business opportunities. This includes participating in program operations and execution, new business identification and proposal development and corporate marketing. The right candidate is required to have creative writing skills, learn quickly, be organized and able to work in a fast paced headquarter office environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

       Assist operations and program team in the execution of program activities

       Assist in the creation, delivery, and review of program reports and closure of action items related

       Identify, maintain, and track programs opportunities and files.

       Create and manage presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases

       Develop content updates for organization files, marketing material, website, and recruiting

       Conduct, record, and maintain semiweekly meetings and minutes

       Conduct market research, opportunity analysis, and competitive contract intelligence for target business opportunities.

       Actively participate in the business development process, update company business development database and produce related management reports

       Support all technical business recruiting efforts in the creation and management of position descriptions and applicant tracking systems.

       Support office administration in additional tasks

Skills/Education

       Bachelor's Degree in Business concentrating in marketing/sales/entrepreneurship or operations management is desired

       Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media applications is desired

       Excellent oral and creative writing skills

       Ability to be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

       Must be a U.S. Citizen.
