Someone who can create elevated, scroll-stopping creative while confidently supporting both marketing and packaging initiatives. Reporting into the Creative Director, this role will collaborate across marketing, innovation, and creative to bring campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take more ownership over creative execution, contribute ideas proactively, and grow into a highly versatile designer across digital and physical touchpoints. We’re looking for someone who is beauty-obsessed, deeply tapped into social-first thinking and Gen Z culture, and naturally inspired by branding, typography, packaging, and visual storytelling. WHO YOU’LL LEAD/COLLABORATE WITH:

While this role will not manage direct reports, they will work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and broader creative team on day-to-day design execution and brand storytelling. This role will also collaborate cross-functionally with partners across Marketing, Social, Sales, DTC, Innovation, and Influencer teams to bring cohesive, social-first creative to life across digital, retail, ecommerce, packaging, and campaign touchpoints.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE YOUR MARK:

Marketing Design (Digital, Social & Ecommerce)

  • Design digital assets that are fresh, branded, and scroll-worthy across social, email, and web
  • Create illustrations, icons, and branded elements to support campaigns and internal creative needs
  • Design and execute visually compelling email marketing assets that align with campaign messaging, brand standards, and ecommerce goals across launches, promotions, and evergreen communications
  • Create visually elevated PDP (product detail page) assets that clearly communicate product benefits
  • Contribute to internal decks, moodboards, and branded presentations using PowerPoint and Canva
  • Stay tapped into creative trends and bring ideas that resonate with Gen Z audiences, all while keeping everything on brand

Packaging Design (Execution & Collaboration)

  • Support packaging design development for new and existing products under senior guidance
  • Prepare production-ready files, layouts, print specifications, and artwork updates with growing independence
  • Review proofs and assist in maintaining accuracy across typography, color, hierarchy, and legal copy
  • Assist with influencer mailers, PR kits, retail materials, and other print collateral tied to campaigns and launches
  • Help maintain organized packaging files, templates, and systems to support the broader creative team
  • Contribute to the design of meeting materials, internal brand communications, and other collateral that brings the brand to life, including tools that support storytelling across sales touchpoints
Requirements:

REQUIRED SUPERPOWERS:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing across digital and print formats, including social, ecommerce, and packaging
  • A portfolio showcasing strong typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • A design degree is great – but not required if your work speaks for itself
  • Bonus points if you have experience designing for motion, short-form content, or social-first storytelling

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands

  • Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote
