Position Overview


The Marketing Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling, on-brand written content across Nikki Beach Hospitality Group's global portfolio of beach clubs, hotels, resorts, residences, restaurants, and lifestyle brands. Working closely with the Global PR & Communications Director and cross-functional marketing teams, this role will support the development of engaging copy that reflects the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group brands while ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints.


This position is ideal for a creative writer with a passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle, travel, and storytelling. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread high-quality copy across a variety of marketing and communications channels while maintaining each brands' tone of voice.

  • Create and review content for restaurant menus, seasonal promotions, company magazines/gazettes, event descriptions, website updates, company blog, newsletters, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

  • Develop compelling copy for new openings, brand activations, partnerships, and lifestyle experiences.

  • Adapt messaging for different audiences while ensuring consistency across all global locations.

  • Manage ongoing website copy updates in collaboration with Marketing, Digital, and Operations teams.

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to optimize website copy for SEO and user experience.

  • Review website content regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

  • Manage the editorial content calendar for corporate marketing initiatives.

  • Support content creation for internal presentations and brand announcements communications.

  • Ensure all written content reflects Nikki Beach Hospitality Group's luxury positioning and identity.

  • Partner with PR, Marketing, Social Media, Graphic Design, and destination teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Collaborate with property teams to gather information and transform operational updates into engaging marketing content.

  • Support the review of creative assets to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives.

  • Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, style, and messaging across all written materials.

  • Ensure all copy adheres to established brand guidelines and editorial standards.

  • Research industry trends and competitor communications to continually enhance content quality and creativity.

  • Assist with maintaining content templates and editorial best practices across the organization.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.

  • Approximately 2-3 years of professional copywriting or content creation experience, preferably within hospitality, travel, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong understanding of brand voice and storytelling.

  • Experience writing for digital platforms, websites, email marketing, and print collateral.

  • Familiarity with SEO copywriting principles.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva are an advantage.
