Job description

Leading law firm in Dallas is seeking a Copy Clerk and Catering Assistant for its busy Office Services team. This is a full-time, temporary position. Ideal candidate will be proactive and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities include high volume document production including scanning, binding, batch printing, Bates stamping, high volume blowbacks, CD and DVD duplication, label creation, and other duties as assigned. This role will also provide backup catering support as needed including assisting with conference room setups and breakdowns, food deliveries, and hospitality services for meetings and events. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and PDFs, high-speed copy devices, batch printing software, document capture software, OCR, and eCopy, ShareScan and related business software is needed. Qualified candidates will have experience handling high volume copying in a law firm or professional services setting. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring confidentiality and excellent quality control of work product and maintaining efficient workflow.
