Coordinates and directs technical and organizational interfaces to execute the project planManages multiple projects of increasing complexity, ensuring they stay on track, meet goals, and align with business needsDisplays moderate to level project management acumen through effective change control, scope control, schedule control and risk management strategiesDisplays moderate level project management acumen through effective change control, scope control, schedule control and risk management strategiesManages stakeholder coordination, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between internal teams, customers, suppliers, Emerson divisions, EPCs, and Impact PartnersManages project execution within Novaspect project methodology, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring successful implementation of process automation systemsIndependently identifies, analyzes, and manages project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to minimize impact on scope, schedule, and budgetProactively manages project communications, ensuring clear, timely, and effective updates to all stakeholders, including risk and issue reportingLeads proposal development efforts and actively engages in sales pursuits, collaborating with technical and sales teams to develop competitive solutionsManages customer relationships, proactively addressing project needs and ensuring successful execution through effective communication and issue resolutionProject Manager, Distributed Control Systems Skills/Knowledge/Experience Qualifications:4-year Bachelor of Science degree3-6 years of experience in project management or a related roleExtensive experience in managing medium to large projectsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in advanced project management tools and techniquesAbility to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectivelySolid understanding of DCS systems and their role in project planning and executionExperience in stakeholder management and communicationProject Manager, Distributed Control Systems Physical Requirements:Ability to work extended hours on a computerProject Manager, Distributed Control Systems Pay:Salary Range: $105,000 – $135,000Bonus potential: 10%The final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
