Job description

New Tech Global is looking for Recycling Technicians for a client in Bartlesville, OK. 
Starting pay based on experience.  This is a Direct hire opportunity.
 
  • 5+ years of experience operating thermal, combustion, or industrial process units in refining, petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, smelting, metal reclamation, or other advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Experience operating and monitoring process equipment such as kilns, furnaces, boilers, incinerators, or other comparable thermal processing units.
  • Demonstrate ability to safely operate, monitor, and optimize thermal process equipment while maintaining production specifications, product quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Experience monitoring process conditions, troubleshooting operating issues, and responding to process deviations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
  • Control Room and Distributed Control System (DCS) experience is strongly preferred, including monitoring process variables, adjusting operating parameters, responding to alarms, and optimizing unit performance.
  • Ability to interpret process data, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to maximize equipment reliability and production efficiency.
