Abramson Properties is seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will work closely with the Project Superintendent to help manage a residential construction site. Your key responsibilities will include managing schedules, supervising workers, and completing project reports. To fulfill this position efficiently, the assistant construction superintendent must work well with others and possess exceptional communication skills. If you have experience in construction this position at our company could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Construction Superintendent in all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Assist to Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Create work schedules
  • Conduct health and safety inspections
  • Monitor progress on projects
  • Meet deadlines
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and city and county officials
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:
