Assistant Boys Soccer Coach - Immediate Hire
Position Title: Assistant Boys Soccer Coach
Reports To: Head Boys Soccer Coach and School Administration
Position Summary
Immediate opening for an Assistant Boys Soccer Coach to support all aspects of the high school boys soccer program, including player development, practices, games, and promoting positive sportsmanship and teamwork.
Essential Duties
  • Assist with practices, games, and team activities.
  • Teach soccer fundamentals, skills, and game tactics.
  • Support and supervise high school student-athletes.
  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and academic success.
  • Help maintain equipment and follow district and athletic policies.
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of soccer and related tactics.
  • Ability to work with and coach high school athletes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Previous coaching or playing experience preferred.
Requirements
  • Candidate must complete all required district coaching trainings and background checks.
  • Candidate must complete the 3 required UHSAA courses, new hire paperwork, and RegisterMyAthlete/coaches account setup within 2 weeks of hire and before beginning coaching duties.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
