The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture precision-machined parts according to specifications, for final assembly. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints and technical documents to ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality. Work is performed both independently and as part of a team with shifting priorities based on production needs.

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Maintain detailed production records and complete necessary documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
