Live Events Training Camp Assistant - Atlanta Falcons

The Entertainment and Live Events department is seeking qualified candidates to join the Live Events team for the Atlanta Falcons Training Camp, beginning in mid-July 2026 and ending in August 2026. This short-term, temporary position provides hands-on experience executing fan-facing live events and activations within the sports industry. Primary responsibilities include the setup and execution of outdoor activations that support the fan experience at Atlanta Falcons Training Camp.

This position is ideal for current college students who have not yet completed their degree and are seeking practical, real-world experience.

Pay/Location

  • Hourly compensation provided (no more than 30 hours per week)
  • Position duration: approximately 3-5 weeks
  • Individuals may qualify for college credit if permitted by their college or university
  • Primary work location: IBM Performance Field, Flowery Branch, GA
  • Additional work may be required at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA for select events
  • Housing, benefits, and relocation expenses are not included

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the manual labor and execution of all Atlanta Falcons Training Camp operations, including setup, teardown, and daily support of activations and hospitality spaces.
  • Build the Training Camp fan experience from the ground up by setting up event equipment, including tables, chairs, bike racks, tents, inflatables, and other assets.
  • Assemble and install Atlanta Falcons branding and signage throughout the Training Camp footprint.
  • Assist with managing fan parking and shuttle bus operations for off-site parking locations.
  • Organize and distribute fan giveaways to guests upon ingress or egress.
  • Assist with oversight of sponsor activations and external vendors.
  • Serve as the on-site liaison for entertainment, including cheerleaders, Falcons alumni, mascots, face painters, DJs, and others.
  • Support fan interaction touchpoints such as ticket scanning, ADA assistance, giveaways, and guest services assignments as needed.
  • Monitor event ingress, egress, and fan viewing and hospitality areas.
  • Drive and operate golf carts for fan transportation throughout the Training Camp site.
  • Perform physical labor during Training Camp setup, daily operations, and post-camp teardown.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Applicants must be a current undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Prior internships, volunteer work, or work experience in events and operations is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Must be available to work all Atlanta Falcons Training Camp days and related events, including Falcons Open Practice and preseason games.
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Must have reliable transportation to and from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, and IBM Performance Field in Flowery Branch, Georgia.
    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet for 6+ hours at a time.
    • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
