Job description

Sea Colony Recreational Association is excited to announce the opportunity of Camp Counselor! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Camp Counselor assistant will assist in the oversight care of children while they are participating in programming. This person must be highly responsible, attentive and understanding of children and their needs.


What you’ll do:

  • Care for and ensure that the children of the programs are well supervised and having fun at all times.
  • Follow the guidelines of the program set in place by management.
  • Provide a safe and fun environment.
  • Communicate with the head counselor and manager as needed. 

The skills you’ll need:

  • CPR certification preferred but not required.
  • At least one year of childcare, counselor, or teaching experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills required.
  • Highly responsive and reliable.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
