How much do assistant buyer two jobs pay per hour?

As of Jun 24, 2026, the average hourly pay for assistant buyer two in the United States is $23.65, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $19.23 and $25.48 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

An Assistant Buyer Two typically earns less than $10,000 per month, but high-level procurement or purchasing managers in large companies can reach or exceed this income level through experience and performance. These roles often require strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and sometimes certifications, but they do not always require a college degree.

What other jobs can a buyer do?

A buyer can transition into roles such as procurement specialist, purchasing manager, or supply chain analyst, which involve similar skills in negotiation, vendor management, and inventory control. These positions often require knowledge of industry-specific software and certifications like CPSM or CPM. Career progression may also include roles in category management or sourcing management within retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Are you legally allowed to work two jobs at once?

Assistant Buyer Two, like most employees, can generally work two jobs simultaneously if it does not violate their employment contract or company policies. It is important to ensure that there are no non-compete clauses or conflicts of interest, and to manage workload and scheduling effectively. Legality depends on local labor laws, which typically do not restrict holding multiple jobs unless specific restrictions apply.

What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule in an Assistant Buyer Two role typically refers to a probationary period of three months during which performance and fit are evaluated before confirming permanent employment. This period allows employers to assess skills, adaptability, and reliability, often involving regular check-ins and feedback. Successful completion may lead to benefits, increased responsibilities, or contract renewal.
