Founders 3 Management Company is looking for an experienced Building Engineer/Maintenance Technician for a premier condominium property in downtown Madison.


You would be responsible for maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the property. You would organize, coordinate and manage the overall maintenance programs, preventative maintenance, and repairs to this downtown Madison high-rise residential buildingโ€™s basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and all other building systems.

Requirements:

The successful applicant must have working knowledge of all typical high-rise building mechanical systems, including heat pumps with cooling towers and boilers, building automation system, air handlers, electrical, plumbing, life safety, fire protection and security systems to ensure proper operations and be able to act upon any conditions that are out of the ordinary. You will obtain bids, negotiate contracts and assist with budget preparation, maintain cost-effective inventory control, complete reports as required, respond to emergency calls (on-call rotation of every 4-5 weeks), maintain effective communication with staff, owners and/or board members regarding maintenance issues/projects.
